Established in 1981 in the UK, JD Sports has significantly expanded across Australia since opening its first store in 2017. Now operating over 60 stores nationwide, JD Sports is a prominent retailer of leading sportswear brands including Nike, Adidas and New Balance. Bowen was engaged to deliver efficient, tailored stockroom solutions for every new location.
Bowen Stockroom Solutions was engaged to provide efficient, tailored stockroom solutions for every JD Sports location. The challenge was to design and supply versatile, high-performing systems that could meet unique storage needs within tight project timelines coordinated with shop-fit teams.
Bowen delivered custom stockroom fit-outs for over 60 stores across Australia and New Zealand. Solutions included a mix of compactus and static shelving, trolleys, lockers, cabinets, workbenches and flammable goods cabinets. Shelving systems were tailored for shoe boxes, hung garments and flat-packed apparel, with seamless coordination alongside JD Sports' shopfit teams.
