The Fienza brand is synonymous with quality and style, developing and distributing beautiful, high-quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures. With the acquisition of a new 14,000m² warehouse facility in Sydney, they required a design and fit-out that would accommodate their extensive product range and allow room to expand as their business grew.
With the acquisition of a new 14,000m² warehouse facility in Sydney, NSW, Fienza required a new design and fit-out that would accommodate their extensive range of products and provide the ability to expand within the site as their business grew.
Working with Bowen's design team, a solution was created combining various storage systems to efficiently manage inventory. This included double-deep selective pallet racking for SKUs stored in quantities of two or more pallets, single-deep very narrow aisle picking racking fed from the back and picked from the front using a man-up stock picker, and carton live storage for smaller parts and tapware. The facility now accommodates 5,500 pallets plus a larger bulk storage area, with a future conveyor sortation system incorporated into the design layout.
