When Imparts relocated to their new Brunswick warehouse, they needed a high-density racking system that maximised every available square metre—without disrupting other essential warehouse functions.
With multiple rooms and a range of load requirements, Bowen designed and delivered a tailored solution built around flexibility and future-proofing.
Optimise pallet storage in the new Brunswick facility while maintaining access for broader warehouse operations. Incorporate heavy-duty storage where needed.
Bowen installed 81 bays of pallet racking, totalling 1,405 pallet spaces, including 19 heavy-duty bays with 100mm uprights for added strength. Racking was laid out with narrower aisles to unlock additional pallet capacity, and the system was carefully planned to allow access and flow throughout the facility’s two main rooms.
