Create a versatile racking system and layout with integrated workspaces and secure fencing, designed to handle a range of parts and tools for the Hallam Trucks workshop.
We delivered a hybrid system using second-hand Selective Pallet Racking (250 pallet spaces), BL2000 Longspan shelving with particleboard shelves, and Super 123 Small Parts Shelving for high-access stock. Two high-density storage cabinets and a custom rack-based workbench were installed. A full perimeter chainwire fence, with double swinging and pedestrian gates, was added to secure the area while maintaining access.
The Hallam Trucks team now operates with improved efficiency and security, benefiting from a versatile racking system that supports parts storage, servicing, and workshop access in a well-organised footprint. The secure fenced zone keeps tools and stock protected while the custom workbench enhances workflow for servicing needs.
