Design a storage system that optimises space for 3,000 bulk pallets and enables efficient hand-picking of smaller items.
We implemented a tailored 1,200mm Deep Selective Racking system to streamline bulk storage, complemented by Long Span Shelving for easy access to small parts. This configuration not only minimised double-handling of goods from overseas but also enhanced overall throughput.
Our system supports high-density storage with shelf levels for seamless hand-picking. Rated to accommodate pallets of up to 1,200kg, Venus Packaging now benefits from a versatile, future-ready storage solution that scales with their dynamic needs.
