Glassons
Project Information:
Glassons is a leading Australasian women’s fashion retailer serving customers through an established store network and a growing e-commerce platform. Its new facility brings bulk storage, high-density picking, packing and automated fulfilment together in one central operation.
Project Brief
Previously operating across several smaller warehouses, Glassons sought to consolidate its warehousing operations and offices into one central location. Building on TMX’s initial concept for the multi-level Bankstown development, Bowen was engaged to design and deliver a storage and fulfilment solution for store replenishment and online orders.

Our Solution
Bowen developed a comprehensive solution combining more than 2,000 BR1000 pallet locations with over 8,500 individual picking locations. Longspan shelving, high-density picking systems and custom sloping shelves with purpose-designed mesh decks improve product visibility and accessibility. A fire-compliant 375m² mezzanine, custom packing workstations, conveyors and pick-to-light technology connect storage, picking and packing within the 9,000m² warehouse.

The Result
- Warehouse and office functions consolidated into one purpose-built facility.
- Connected picking, packing and conveyor systems create a more streamlined order flow.
- One coordinated operation supports store replenishment and online orders.
- A flexible platform provides capacity for continued growth.
