John Phillips

Director

John commenced working with Bowen Group in 1989, where he has since been been a Director and financial partner in the business for the past 30 years.

He is dedicated to creating a customer focused team culture, resulting in a superior client experience at every touch point,.

John has strong values that spread right throughout the company, and in turn, help to create exceptional service for all clients.

Scott Phillips

General Manager

Following numerous occasions of work experience during my school years, I joined the family business in 2002. I have worked in various departments since then to gain a wide range of product knowledge and solutions skills. Starting off with product assembly and site installations of storage systems and office furniture projects, I then joined the sales team. In recent years I obtained my registration as a licenced commercial builder, which has enabled me to successfully hand over many warehouse, fitout and refurbishment projects.

I now focus on the continual improvement of the company and retaining our customer focused team culture.

Greg Phillips

Storage Solutions Consultant

Greg has over 20 years experience in the warehouse storage sector, and now leads Bowen Groups national storage team, with a core focus on client satisfaction.

He's been involved in projects across Australia at the design and construction stages, and believes in the power of creating repeat clients through excellent service.

Greg's focus is on coordinating design, operations and client personnel to ensure key deliverables are met and exceeded.

He has a high level of client engagement and deep understanding of how projects are physically managed ensures we’re successful in delivering results on critical and complex projects.

Bill Nipper

Retail Account Manager

Bill has over 12 years experience in the warehouse and retail storage sector, and now leads our retail team with a core focus on client satisfaction.

He's been involved in projects all across Australia, and believes in the power of creating repeat clients through his excellent service.

His focus is on coordinating the company's design, operations and client personnel to ensure key deliverables are met and exceeded.

Bill has a high level of client engagement and a deep understanding of how projects are physically managed to ensure successful results on critical and complex projects.

Daniel Andrew

Warehouse Safety Consultant

Driven to succeed, that's the best way to describe Dan. You can be sure that if he starts something, he will finish it.

Having over 17 years of experience in the commercial building industry has seen him in a range of roles that have included Despatch, Warehouse Management, and Customer Care. These positions have provided him with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the highest quality service and results as our head of Warehouse Safety.

Those same experiences also connect with Dan's passion for customer satisfaction, where he is always striving to build strong relationships with his clients and colleagues.

Alan Slingsby

Regional Manager

Allan has over 35 years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse design consultancy, Structural Engineering, and Construction. This has included projects across Australia, New Zealand, and PNG. He is experienced in designing static and automated industrial storage facilities, including implementations that have included multiple multimillion-dollar turnkey projects.

His focus is on providing the best solution for a customer and exceeding the customers’ expectations through the life cycle of the project. This is shown with repeat customers coming back for his services for over 20 years.

You can be assured that Allan’s vast experience and knowledge will help him tackle any stage of a project with ease.

Nick Wennerbom

Project Manager

Nick’s experience is wide-ranging, from his education to his practical experiences. He obtained a Degree in Commerce, Majoring in Finance, Business Management, and Human Relations.

Before starting in his role at Bowen Storage as Project Manager, he worked in a wide array of industries including Health & Wellness, Architectural Design, and Trade and Manufacturing.

In his current role, Nick always ensures that he thinks outside of the box to make sure that he and his wider team deliver a product beyond customers' expectations, every time. Nick’s goal is to deliver outstanding customer service in every respect.

While his overall objective as Operations Manager is to implement sustainable systems and practices to reduce waste, cost and develop a safer culture.

Lester Phillips

Storage Solution Consultant

Lester has been with Bowen Group since the end of 2010.
He started out doing a combination of warehouse and on-site work. This was an invaluable experience that allowed him to learn about Bowen’s products, services, and systems through hands-on work. Since then, he has worked in multiple roles within the company.

This included positions as a warehouse manager, project manager, and manager of retail division projects for the company. Now Lester has joined the Bowen Storage Sales/Consultant team, where he is putting his wealth of knowledge to good use by directly communicating and providing fantastic results to his clients.

Tony Phillips

Retail Stockroom Solution Consultant

Joining the company at the end of 2004 I started my career in the installation team at Bowen Interiors. This gave me skills and insights around the processes and logistics of office fitout projects.

After 4 years I became the operations team leader, and then moved into project management. In more recent times I’ve transitioned into the role of Retail Stockroom Sales Consultant. Having gained valuable hands-on experience in the project field I get my greatest reward out delivering projects that exceed our client’s expectations.

Norman Steele

Warehouse Safety Consultant

Norman has over 20 years of Warehouse and Logistics experience which saw him in various roles including Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, International Logistics Management, Customer Service and Workplace Health and Safety Management.

His experience in these roles gives him a unique perspective as he can communicate with clients with complete understanding and offer support to sites who are wanting to improve their overall safety in their workplace.

Norman is driven to deliver results and ensures all customers are supported throughout the inspection process. And is always seeking to build strong relationships with clients, industry partners and colleagues throughout Australia.

Jarrad O’Neill

Project Manager

With over 15 years of experience in sales, purchasing and logistics, Jarrad is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and results.

Kicking off his career in the electrical and timber industries, he is now furthering his career at Bowen Storage where he has been a Project Manager for almost 5 years.

Cameron Williams

Design and Sales Support

After completing over 400 hours of work experience at Bowen Storage as part of VCE VET Business during Year 11 & 12 Cameron joined the team full-time in late 2017.

Over the next 4 years he worked in the design and estimating team, creating optimum warehouse solutions for clients across Australia.

Cameron’s focus is now on managing the company’s systems and supply chain, putting his extensive knowledge to good use to ensure that Bowen Storage can fulfil our client’s requirements every time.

Joyce Li CPA

Finance Manager

Along with a postgraduate accounting degree and nine years of professional experience, Joyce has substantial knowledge in business planning, commercial analysing, financial and management reporting.

Joyce has been a trusted financial assistant for 6 years, and now furthering her career as the Finance Manager for Bowen Storage.

Joyce values the integrity of company finance information and provides strategic commercial insight for critical decision making.
